He next attended
law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center
in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and received his Juris Doctor degree
in 1999.
In 1999, Mr. Pollock became a member of the the Florida Bar and continued
his employment with McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz, Cartaya & Petruccelli
as a litigation associate. While there, he concentrated his practice
on the defense of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and
personal injury claims. He then worked as a senior associate at Clarke
Silverglate Campbell Williams & Montgomery in Miami.
While there,
he represented pharmaceutical companies, tobacco companies, trucking
companies, shopping malls, transit companies and insurers. Mr. Pollock
engages in litigation, arbitration, trial and appellate practice in
state and federal courts throughout Florida.
