2. Breach of Contract – An enforceable contract requires mutuality. It needs an agreement (“meeting of the minds”) as well as a valuable exchange (consideration). All contracts do not have to be in writing to be enforceable, but certain types do. We help clients navigate through situations in which a contract is breached by discussing the possible remedies and the methods available to resolve the involved issues.

3. Collections – We attempt to recover your attorneys’ fees and costs in collecting for services rendered and goods delivered. We are familiar with the methods of defending against collection actions that seek more than the value of the goods or services provided.
